Assistance and services
Our call centre operates from Monday until Friday, from 08.00hrs until 20.00hrs (for Spain only). If possible, the technical personnel that will attend your call will try to solve your incident immediately, otherwise will organize a service visit on-site.
Maintenance Agreements
All our clients are important to us, but during specific peak moments, if you have a maintenance contract, you will become a priority customer in terms of faster response, preferential rates and price for spare parts.
Other services
Ensure that your automatic door is up-to-date in terms of safety, and that it complies with the regulations in force.
