MANUSA will inform you of the actions taken in response to your request within one month (which may be extended by two further months where the request is particularly complex; such extension will be notified to you within the first month). If MANUSA decides not to comply with a request, it will inform you of that decision and will state the reasons for the refusal within one month of receipt of your request. When exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from controller to controller when technically feasible. The exercise of this right shall be without prejudice to the powers granted by the right to erasure. This right to portability shall not apply to processing that is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in MANUSA. Where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract and/or is based on consent, MANUSA will take appropriate measures to safeguard your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, granting you — as a minimum — the right to obtain human intervention from MANUSA, as well as the right to express your point of view and to challenge the decision. To request the exercise of the right to rectification, send an email to protecciondatos@manusa.com Additionally, we inform you that you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency for further information about your rights. We also inform you that, where consent has been given for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. You are also informed that you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection, especially if you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
