  • Mobile applications such as the Manusa App or web solutions like the Manusa Dashboard, which allow viewing status, setting schedules or changing operating modes from any device.
  • Active safety supervision: presence sensors, self-diagnosis and preventive alerts.

Manusa Operators: intelligent heart of automatic access

A key part of our technology is the operators that equip our automatic doors. These devices represent the interface between construction, electronics, connectivity and the user.

The Visio+ range of operators is a clear example of how Manusa integrates innovation, connectivity and IoT into intelligent access solutions. With fast opening speeds, remote control (including from a mobile phone), integration into smart platforms and advanced electronics, the Visio+ range turns the door into a dynamic, connected element. The connectivity of Visio+ enables functions such as: control via the Manusa app, remote programming, monitoring of the door status, and controlled opening or locking of access from anywhere.

For high-traffic swing doors, the Vector range meets demands for durability, efficiency and robustness. Its design is intended for high-traffic areas and to adapt to new or existing doors.

Our operators are not only technologically sophisticated, but have also been certified to withstand demanding conditions. For example, our automatic doors equipped with these operators have completed more than 5 million opening and closing cycles in certified tests, which demonstrates their quality and reliability. Motor/direct-drive technology: Less noise, less maintenance, greater reliability.

  • Brushless motors (without brushes), which reduce maintenance and noise, and extend service life.
  • They use Direct Drive technology (direct connection to the motor shaft, without gears or reduction belts), which improves efficiency, reduces mechanical losses and extends service life.

System Eye flow: proprietary technology

The EyeFlow system is a solution developed by Manusa for integration with access control systems. This technology incorporates advanced software that allows the sensors to be located exactly where required in each project.

EyeFlow is capable of interpreting configurations of sensors placed in a non-linear or apparently random way, guaranteeing precise operation regardless of their arrangement. This gives designers complete flexibility to install the photocells at the most suitable points, optimising detection of the position and movement of people along the machine.

As its name suggests, this system provides our solutions with “eyes” that enable management of people flow quickly, safely and efficiently.
