The Clear View glass hermetic doors are Manusa-specific designs, that guarantee the airtightness necessary in specific environments, providing extensive visibility of the interior of the room. The best option for observation areas in buildings related to the field of health and medicine, such as observation rooms in hospitals and ICUs.
- Guarantees maximum airtightness thanks to the hermetic seal around the perimeter once the door is closed.It has the highest tightness classification tested against the UNE 85170:2016 and UNE-EN 121207:2017 standards.
- Maintains the desired pressure, hygiene, temperature and humidity conditions.
- They feature maximum safety systems for people and for maintaining correct operation
- They incorporate obstruction-detection systems with automatic reopening, as well as unlock systems to allow manual opening in the event of a power cut.

Where can hermetic glass clear view doors be installed?
A common application for this type of door leaf is in ICU wards, so that patients can be monitored and supervised from outside the room. The hermeticity is guaranteed between the leaf and the frame and the floor, providing a perfectly hermetic seal around the perimeter of the door opening and therefore maintaining the positive pressure in the clean room; with the added benefit of fully glazed leaves.
Can the type of glass in hermetic glass clear view doors be customised?
Although the full pane of glass is usually totally transparent to give a clear view inside the room, in specific cases that require a certain degree of privacy, electro-polarised glass can be installed which enable the leaves’ transparency to be altered or panes that incorporate Venetian blinds in the door leaves. The doors can also be permanently customised with screen printing or vinyl adhesives.
