Frequently asked questions about loading dock ramps
The loading ramp is a solution to reduce the distance between the loading docks and the unloading vehicle's boxes, as well as to bridge the existing height differences between them. Their structure offers greater stability when moving heavy goods, thanks to its 15 tonnes weight resistance when handling dynamic loads, and up to 18 tonnes for static loads.
Loading docks are usually standard in size. Nonetheless, occasionally because of special needs (trucks whose dimensions are not standard, etc.) we manufacture other dimensions.
In order to install a ramp, the customer needs to have a pit with specific dimensions. It operates through a hydraulic system controlled by electronics; these guarantee that the loading dock ramps are comfortable and easy to use, so this is the best solution for loading and unloading goods.
