L'Occitane en Provence cosmetics shop

Businesses face their working day every day with the aim of selling more products, having a higher volume of customers and with an eye on making a profit to ensure the company's survival. Although e-commerce has grown exponentially in recent years, many companies keep their premises open for physical sales.

One of Manusa's projects was carried out at L'Occitane en Provence, a cosmetics shop located in Tours, an important city in the central region of France. There, the distributor Axed Portes Automatiques installed an automatic telescopic sliding door with double glazing to allow a fluid and ample transit of people at the entrance and exit of the establishment.

This type of door is an ideal solution for shops, as it allows people to move quickly, especially when they have their hands full with shopping bags. Furthermore, in this project, the door was integrated with the rest of the façade, maintaining continuity with the shop window.

Its transparent leaves favour the entry of natural light from the outside and its presence optimises the energy efficiency of the premises, as the automation of the doors ensures that in no case will the door be left open through carelessness, causing a sudden change in temperature if the shop's air conditioning or heating is on. It is also important to mention that by not having to touch the door handle to enter or exit, high standards of hygiene are guaranteed against the spread of viruses or bacteria.
